If you disclose the abuse of a vulnerable person by another healthcare provider
If a disclosure must be made, we will make every effort to involve you in the process, when possible.

File a complaint if you believe your privacy rights have been violated
5. Communication & Technology
We offer communication by phone, secure messaging, or HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. Please note that email or text messaging may not be fully secure, and by choosing to use them, you accept the potential risks involved. If you prefer to avoid electronic communication, please let us know.
6. Storage & Security
Your records are stored in a secure, encrypted electronic health record (EHR) system. Only authorized individuals (your therapist and designated staff) have access to your information.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website or upon request.
